Shipping Coverage
We currently ship orders within the Philippines only.
Order Processing Time
Processing begins after payment confirmation.
- Non-customized items: 1–3 business days
- Customized or made-to-order items: up to 7 business days
Processing time excludes weekends and holidays.
Delivery Time
Delivery timelines depend on the courier and destination. Estimated delivery is typically 2–7 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Courier issues
- Holidays and peak seasons
- Other unforeseen circumstances
Ylaya Prnts is not liable for delays once the order has been handed over to the courier.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
2. Refund & Returns Policy
We take pride in ensuring quality printing for every order. If there are any issues, please review the conditions below.
Return Window
Requests for returns, refunds, or replacements must be reported within 3 days from the date the order is marked as “Delivered” by the courier.
Eligible Cases
You may request a resolution if:
- The item received is defective or damaged
- The wrong item was delivered
- The print quality significantly differs from the approved order due to our error
Clear photo proof and order details are required for evaluation.
Resolution Options
Depending on the situation, we may provide:
- Replacement of the item
- Refund
- Store voucher (store credit)
The appropriate resolution will be determined after review of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized or made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except when:
- The item is defective, or
- The wrong specification was produced due to our mistake
Non-Eligible Cases
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect information submitted by the customer (e.g., wrong size, spelling, design)
- Minor color variations due to differences in screen display and printing output

3. Print Output Disclaimer
Actual printed colors may slightly vary from what you see on your screen due to monitor settings, lighting, and printing processes. Such minor variations are not considered defects.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all customized design details before production.
