Welcome to Ylaya Prnts Digital Printing Services. By accessing and using www.ylayaprnts.com, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. General
Ylaya Prnts provides digital printing services and physical printed products within the Philippines. By placing an order, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Eligibility
Customers must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
3. Orders and Acceptance
All orders are subject to confirmation and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.
4. Product Information
We strive to display product colors and details accurately. However, actual printed results may vary slightly due to monitor settings and printing processes.
5. Customized Orders
Customized or made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective or incorrectly produced.
6. Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in Philippine Peso (PHP).
Accepted payments: GCash, Maya, QR PH via PayMongo.
Orders will only be processed once payment is successfully confirmed.
7. Processing Time
- Non-customized items: 1–3 business days
- Customized orders: up to 7 business days
Processing time excludes weekends and holidays.
8. Shipping
We currently ship within the Philippines only. Delivery timelines depend on courier partners and location.
9. Limitation of Liability
Ylaya Prnts shall not be liable for:
- Delays caused by couriers or force majeure events
- Minor color variations in printed outputs
- Incorrect details submitted by the customer
10. Intellectual Property
All designs, content, and materials on this website are the property of Ylaya Prnts and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
